Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solutions
Whilst contingency recruitment is still a common method of acquiring talent, more and more organisations are adopting Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions.
RPO models allow the client to engage the expertise and market penetration of recruitment professionals whilst controlling the process, managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring compliance with HR policy.
Typically these models are deployed when an organisations requirement for new talent exceeds the capacity of their HR department or when there are demonstrable cost savings in outsourcing the process.
Master agency models have been around for a long time, RPO partnerships are relatively new and have a chequered history.
