Screening

We recognise the importance of testing a candidates technical ability prior to the submission of a CV to the client. Our service includes initial telephone interviews with candidates to screen them against their CVs and the profile acquired from the client. One of the preferred testing tools is TechChek by IKM [link on the left] to provide benchmark skills assessment.

Our resourcers thoroughly screen all personal details, employment status and educational history. We make a particular point of taking and testing employer and personal references. We can provide Psychometric and Technical Testing, either as tailored or standard packages.

We profile candidates by screening interviews to ascertain the suitability of candidates. Additionally, a well considered shortlist of candidates is tested against our clients exact job specifications. Aqua insists on establishing the candidates working status which may include visa checks, security rating, etc.
