Investors In People

Our people are our greatest asset.  As we all know that for an organisation to succeed people have to perform well in a positive developmental environment. To achieve this, people need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.

The Investors in People Standard provides a framework to ensure that we achieve this. It does not matter what size or type of organisation is concerned, the Investors in People Standard is there to help us all to improve the way we work.

We, as all IIP certified organisations, have to meet the criteria – or indicators, but the Standard recognises that we meet them in our own way. Investors in People recognises that organisations use different means to achieve success through their people. It does not prescribe any one method but provides a framework to help find the most suitable means for achieving success through people.

Our staff management and development processes helped us to achieve the standard in the UK and Middle East.  The most significant benefit of acquiring the IIP standard has been the implementation of a number of highly successful personnel development methods.
